Job description

A Kent based, Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Quantity Surveying Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help lead the current Quantity Surveying team with their day to day work, as well as mentoring them through their APC and general growth within the industry.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage work autonomously across a nice array of sectors including traditional schemes within the residential and education domain.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS, or hold a construction related degree
• A successful track record of managing projects pre and post contract
• UK consultancy / cost management experience
• Able to commute to Sevenoaks
• Good communication
• Experience or a desire to help manage other quantity surveyors
