Job description
Ocean BMW/MINI are looking for a Service Booking Advisor.
Your role Your role is to support the Aftersales function, you will make outbound calls to our service centers about service bookings and promote seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work, and other service-related items through the upsell of products and services to maximise the revenue of the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide an outstanding level of customer care
- Book service and repair work, always ensuring workshop availability
- To organise loan car bookings
- To achieve hours sold targets as a member of a motivated team
- To maintain accurate customer records
- To make telephone upsell
- To convert as many inbound/outbound calls into bookings as possible
Your profile - The ability to meet targets.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the motor trade or a contact centre background
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail

Your working hours will be 40-hours per week Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as overtime).
Salary A generous bonus and commission structure is available with a realistic OTE of £27,000 per year.
