A successful vehicle insurance company are looking for a Technical Claims Advisor to join their team in Swadlincote.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide accurate claims advice, resolve claims efficiently and professionally, gather relevant information to proceed with a claim, provide excellent customer service, provide support to the sales team, ensure fair settlements of valid claims, and handle any complaint cases.
You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of motor vehicles and motor parts, great IT skills, good initiative to adapt quickly to different situations, and active listening skills.
Having a background in insurance and in FCA regulated environments is desirable, but not essential.
