We are recruiting another Site Manager to join our award-winning Insulation department.

The Site Manager will form part of an existing highly motivated and driven team. The role will be to ultimately ensure quality & efficiency throughout our nationwide installs.

The role will include a mixture of site-based and office-based work. The office work will be in our Swansea Head Office and site work will cover Wales and South West of England.

Salary: £40k - £45k annually.

Company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day communications between install teams & the project team.
• Information gathering for our central system.
• Install progress & deadline targets.
• The smooth running of a live install.
• The completion of a compliant install.
• All administrative work relating to a site manager's stream of install teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong motivation & leadership skills.
• Good computer literacy - MS Outlook, Excel & Google-docs.
• Strong work ethic & integrity.
• Highly self-motivated.

Preferred skill set:

• Experience in a similar role
• A high level of general trade knowledge or experience in insulation systems & energy efficiency.
