Job Title: Director / Head of Sales and Customer Service
Location: Cheadle/Manchester
Salary: £40K + commissions_ company car for the right candidate on completion of probation

Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales & Customer Service Director/ Head of Department to help us expand our landlords and investor base in the property sector. You will be the front end of the company with CEO and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and customer strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
· Manage and mentor the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
· Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecasting
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
· Oversee sales operations, including budget management, pricing, and sales reporting
· Represent the company at industry events and conferences
· Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
· Manage and mentor the customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance management
· Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and concerns
· Oversee customer service operations, including budget management, staffing, and reporting
· Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a sales and customer service leadership role, with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
· Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
· Experience managing and developing sales and customer teams
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Time management and planning skills
· Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
KPIs
· Liaise with Group Marketing to ensure Google reviews of all companies to be over 4.5 stars
· Work with group marketing and CEO to submit at least 3 to 4 award nominations and win at least 2 for the Mistoria Group, MCC and Mistoria Estate Agency
· Help the company to increase the number of branches from 8 to 10 in next 2 years and 20 in 5 years with 2000 properties and 100 employees with expert digital marketing support
· Websites to stand out and looks impressive in line with our competitors, company vision, mission and colour scheme and font to attract new clients, investors and landlords
· All brochures, case studies to be updated every year
· Promote Mistoria brand on various social media platforms with top quality content to engage with potential landlords and investors
· Liaise with the CEO on marketing strategy so that all websites, brochures and their content is relevant
· Generating strong 2-4 business landlord/investor leads per month for the company
· Explore opportunities for meaningful collaboration with 3 large well-known brands among the target market
Key tasks
· Assist at promoting corporate sponsorships events, e.g. Propertymark, AO Arena Corporate Box, Lancashire Cricket Club, etc, as and when required
· Arrange room bookings, organise hospitality and order stationery supplies, as required.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the companyâs products/services addressing or predicting clientsâ objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
