My client are a multi-disciplinary consultancy who provide a wide range services to their clients across the water, energy and environment sectors within the UK. The services include Asset Management, Engineering and Commercial services.

Job Description

The successful Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:

• Actively sourcing and screening potential candidates for live vacancies using different recruitment platforms
• Managing recruitment accounts including CV Library and LinkedIn to source for candidates and advertise roles
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Arrange interviews and provide feedback
• Prepare offer and contracts, confirmation letters, communications of contracts and negotiations

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

• An established recruitment professional with at least two years within the water industry
• You'll have excellent organisation skills, with the ability to priortise and manage workload effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure
• IT literate and tech savvy
