Fundraiser
We are looking for a Net Zero Carbon Fundraiser with excellent communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities and to develop relationships with potential donors.
If you have experience of fundraising, sales or marketing and a passion to promote the organisations decarbonisation mission and goals, then we want to hear from you!
Position: Net Zero Carbon Fundraiser
Location: Hove/hybrid
Salary: £37,500 pa pro rata (actual salary £15,000 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 14 hours per week with the option to work these flexibly through the week
Contract: The post is fixed term for 20 months
Benefits: 0.4 pro-rata entitlement of 28 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and 2 privilege days per year, flexi-time, free parking, the ride to work scheme, and the Diocesan Pension Scheme with 15.1% employer contribution

About the Role
The Church of England has an ambition to become net-zero carbon by 2030 and has developed a roadmap with clear milestones for pursuing this goal. The Diocese is committed to caring for creation and developing church buildings that are warm and fit for purpose to support mission through this initiative. As a result of funding already secured from the national Church of England, we are seeking a part time fundraiser to join a small team to lead the Diocese closer to its Net Zero Carbon ambitions.
