Social care admin officer needed in Ellesmere Port £12.38ph ref 5242326

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Due to the short nature of the contract we require someone who will not require to take much annual leave, preferably none during the 8 weeks if possible.

 

Microsoft Teams features heavily in the work in adult social care as does Outlook, SharePoint, liquid logic, Power BI and ordering systems such as Insight and Lyreco.

 The role will be to support the Community Access Team (which is the front of house team for Adult Social Care) and the Adults Review Team, both of which work closely together.

This will be to support in administrative tasks, writing letters, printing and posting using the protocols set in place. Keeping spreadsheets up to date, ordering equipment and stock, potentially completing DBS requests, monitoring teams emails and distributing where appropriate, answering calls, taking messages gathering information, amending data within the Liquid Logic system with direction and any other tasks within the realms of a grade 5 administrator role.
