Job description
The Recruitment & Training Officer’s primary role is to oversee all recruitment for the full breadth of roles within the College, including the coordination of interview days, being the first point of contact for all candidates, and acting as an ambassador for the College.
The Recruitment & Training Officer will also be responsible for logging & monitoring all training across the school, ensuring this is completed within an appropriate timeframe, and organising refresher training as needed.
The qualifications and experience required of a Recruitment & Training Officer are:
• Robust Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Efficient IT skills with the ability to swiftly learn bespoke systems & programmes;
• Previous experience in a busy administrative role is desirable.
