Job description
We are seeking a talented Social Media Expert to oversee and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends analytics and content creation with the ability to drive engagement increase brand awareness and generate leads. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media campaigns managing daytoday activities on social channels and monitoring performance metrics to optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives including increasing brand awareness driving website traffic and generating leads.
2.Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
3.Manage all social media accounts including scheduling posts responding to comments and messages and monitoring user engagement.
4.Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
5.Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices and incorporate them into our strategy.
6.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and customer service to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
7.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach engagement and conversion rates and use insights to adjust strategy and tactics as needed.
8.Generate reports on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders providing recommendations for improvement.
9.Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing ensuring compliance in all activities.
