We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our secondary school in Liverpool as the Head of Geography. Additionally, a Golden Hello of £5,000 will be inclusive after six months of successful employment. The selected candidate will commence their role in April 2024.

As the Head of Geography, you will be a dedicated educator with a passion for inspiring, guiding, and challenging students to achieve excellence. Joining our Middle Leadership Team, you will bring a fresh and innovative approach to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Geography department. Your role will involve skillfully monitoring and enhancing the progress and achievements of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your extensive teaching experience to inspire and support students on their academic journey.
• Collaborate with the Middle Leadership Team to implement innovative strategies for the overall development of the Geography department.
• Effectively monitor and nurture the progress and achievements of students under your guidance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A seasoned and passionate teacher with a proven track record of excellence in Geography.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, particularly in a Middle Leadership capacity.
• Bring an innovative and creative approach to education, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
