The Cumbrian Brewery are know for making distinctive, full of flavour, handmade beer. Brewing up to 2.3m pints a year!
They are currently looking to expand their kitchen team with the current menu offering light bites including deli boards. They would like to develop their offering to compliment the drinks they brew and serve.
The position would suite an experienced cook who it looking for part time hours. Working Friday – Sunday, 1-9pm.

What we need from you?
– Maintaining the day to day running of the kitchen.
– Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
– Developing new dishes and menus
– Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
– Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
