This growing Legal 500-ranked firm is looking for a Private Wealth disputes Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join a growing UHNW private Wealth team based in Hampshire.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Wealth Disputes Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join this UHNW Private Wealth practice in Hampshire.

This team of experts undertakes the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.

Acting for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions there is a varied and interesting diet of work to get involved in.

They are looking to welcome a mid-level lawyer who already has some experience in managing a mixed caseload of litigated files involving contentious wills, trusts, and estates.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Previous experience managing contentious tax trust & probate matters
• Able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
• Have excellent communication skills as you will converse with a wide array of clients.
