We continue to grow rapidly in the UK and have launched in Australia, and as a result, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join the team and help us accelerate our path to automation and scalability so we can better serve our members.

What You’ll Do
- Be the subject matter expert on all things CRM data and Braze, and act as the sponsor for upgrades to our systems or data internally
- Champion email deliverability best practices with the team and beyond, proactively monitor our sender reputation and advocate projects to help us maintain high standards
- Own the roadmap and execution for your area end-to-end. This includes requirement gathering, coordinating with stakeholders for data points and tooling upgrades, monitoring performance and triage issues
- Alongside the Head of CRM, own relationships with 3rd parties, staying up to date with developments and bringing knowledge back into the CRM team to leverage best practices and new tooling
- Coach and mentor CRM Managers, supporting them with delivery of their projects
What You’ll Bring
- Expertise in CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing in a digital first or tech environment, operating in scalable and automated environment
- Super user of Braze, including understanding of Liquid and Connect Content to personalise comms
- Data orientated with a strong automation background, with knowledge of data schemas, automation strategies, personalisation tactics and building on integrations with 3rd parties
- Proven record of independently solving complex and ambiguous business problems
- Ability to drive initiatives forward from early inception all the way to roll-out
- Previous experience with Amplitude, Tableau, Figma or deliverability platforms would be desirable
