Driver compliance officer needed in Redditch
Hybrid working including Depots at Bromsgrove and Redditch - Hybrid 3 Office: 2 WFH (subject to review)
Duration of assignment: 6 months
Working hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday
Rate: £22 (PAYE) - £28 Umbrella
IR35 status: Inside IR35
Ideal start date: ASAP
This role is to provide additional capacity primarily to the Fleet Manager to undertake a review of driver compliance across the HGV fleet covering waste management and our place teams. This will involve a review of CPC training and compliance with the relevant regulations, developing action plans and to commence the delivery of the necessary actions. Experience of undertaking a similar role will be essential in undertaking this piece of work. You would work alongside the operational managers and senior managers in order to ensure compliance in this area.
