Assistant Planner/Town Planner

Full-time (Hybrid working - 3 days in the office)
£26,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a well-established and respected multidisciplinary private consultancy, is seeking an Assistant Planner or Town Planner to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and development proposals.
Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide support to senior planners and team members.
Stay updated with the latest planning regulations and policies.
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Prior experience in a planning role is advantageous but not essential for Assistant Planner roles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen interest in urban planning, land development, and sustainability.
Knowledge of local planning policies and regulations.
