Salary: Grade 5, £28,345 - £30,785 per annum. Approximate actual pro rata £22,366 - £24,291 per annum, (0.69309 FTE)

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled individual to take on the role of HLTA. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential in a team which values creativity, innovation and commitment, focusing on enabling children to learn well in engaging ways.

Avanti House is a secondary school 11-19 school that opened in 2012. Currently there are 1232 students with a Sixth Form of 320. Avanti schools are Hindu-designated faith schools. However, all staff members at Avanti House School will not be required to present themselves from any specific faith background and there will be no preference given in this regard. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.
