Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor - 6 months temporary assignment

The Company

An established local authority with various public sector services across Gloucestershire are looking for a Building Surveyor to oversee several diverse projects across their region. 

The Role

Duties of the Building Surveyor can include but are not limited to: 

- Overseeing several projects: Museums, Churches, Listed Buildings etc
- Building Condition surveyors
- Oversee and manage repairs to community centres
- Oversee and manage the external surveyors
- 6 months sick leave cover, minimum

Required Skills 

- RICS or MCIOB
- Strong H&S / Building compliance background
- Experience with HMO's
