Job description
AAA co-development studio d3t are looking to add a Lead Level Designer to their team as they work on several exciting AAA projects in conjunction with some of the world’s leading studios.
As a Lead Level Designer at d3t you will be part of the senior Design leadership team, bringing your experience to bear to help steer the Design department’s direction, as well as contributing to the game design, level design, and features to inspire and guide the other designers.
Being part of the Keywords Studio group means d3t enjoy sustainable and continual growth as they work on multiple projects at any one time which offers plenty of variety and involvement in different AAA projects.

Your responsibilities will also include…- Review and feedback builds to ensure conformity with design vision and core mechanics
- Communicate project objectives and strategies to the team to give visibility to advance game development
- Communicate with clients to ensure full awareness of current and projected objectives, difficulties, and deadlines
- Take part in discussions with prospective clients about potential projects
- Liaise with the Production team to assess progress towards short- and long-term objectives
- Line-manage Designers in your team, including career progression, mentoring and reviews
- Mentor less experienced colleagues
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…- 6 or more years in a Senior or Lead Level Design role on AAA titles
- PC and/or console level development experience
- Experience of mentoring and developing individuals within a team
- An internal and external client focused mentality
- Strong analytical skills
- Non-essential but desirable extras…

- Scripting experience
- Good working knowledge of Unreal
