A leading Engineering company based in Plymouth have a fantastic newly created role for a motivated , outgoing Administrator to strengthen their team
Working within the Buying & Procurement team, your responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Processing orders and assisting with Procurement Administration
- Document Control duties
- Assisting and supporting the buying team with general administration support
- Arranging Social events, training and office supplies
- Transferring calls, emails and general Administration for the office
Experience required:
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Administration/office experience required
- Friendly, outgoing, willing to learn and good communicator
- Good accuracy skills and attention to detail
