Personal Assistant - FinTech
£45-50K
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Are you an experienced PA looking for a new challenge in the fast-paced world of fintech? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to join a leading fintech company at the forefront of innovation going through a period of growth. Based in Central London, this is a brand new PA / Business support role due to company growth and will form part of a larger PA/ EA team and play a crucial role in supporting the senior executive team and manage client coordination.
Duties:As an PA & & Client Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Heavy email correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
- Preparing documentation and reports
- Assisting with ad-hoc admin as required
- Covering the EA's and Office Manager as required
Experience and Skills:- Proven experience as a PA / Business Assistant or similar role, from within finance, fintech or similarly fast-paced professional services company
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
