Job description

As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits paediatric and adult nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.

Thornbury Community Services is recruiting Qualified Adult Nurses to join our team and provide care to our clients in the community.

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is looking for adult nurses that share our passion and values to join our community team. As part of Thornbury Community Services, you will be providing support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care.

We are looking for:

• A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with adults with clinical complex needs, especially Tracheostomy, Ventilation and TPN
• Who are available for last minute shifts
• Willing to travel
• Community experience is desirable but not essential
