Job description

Leading a large team (via a management structure) over multiple facilities, the Operations Director will be tasked with driving a proactive and forward-thinking culture and world class customer service. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be a key member of the organisation's senior leadership team with responsibility for a significant P&L, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, Op Ex and QHSE.

The Operations Director will play an integral role in transforming this multi-site manufacturing operation They will champion intelligent use of data and continuous improvement, working closely with commercial teams on sales and operational planning.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Driving a strong health & safety agenda
• Full accountability for end-to-end supply chain including strategic sourcing
• Challenging production metrics and driving manufacturing capacity across all sites
• Empowering a high-performance culture at all levels of the organisation
• Identifying and delivering a market leading customer service strategy
• Ensuring full utilisation of ERP systems
