Primary School in
Southampton , in the pursuit of a dynamic and dedicated full-time
KS1 teacher . This presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of the school.

Both experienced and Early Career Teachers (ECT)s are encouraged to apply. Requirements: • Teaching Certification
(QTS/PGCE)• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
