We are looking for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous/Senior Sous Chef who is ready to let their ability shine. As leaders in our businesses Head Chefs are the figureheads of the dining operation. Your experience of fresh food, managing and developing people and running beautiful kitchens will set you up for success.

Do you have…

• A high standard of food knowledge and skill with full fresh ingredients from scratch
• A born leader who wants to drive a team of hardworking, friendly, and ambitious Chefs who are working towards the common goal of excellence
• Up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
• A willingness to develop on a personal level whilst also propelling the brigade forward

At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue. If you are passionate about providing our guests with great quality and straightforward food and drink then a career at a proper pub could be for you. Wellington, Billingham is a village pub offering plenty of history and tradition, conveniently situated just off the A19. The Wellington is a cask marque accredited pub selling at least three cask ales at one time. We have three separate bars, a comfortable lounge for food, drink and conversation with a further two separate bar areas with Sky TV & ESPN. We also host quizzes and various charity events for our guests. We have 2 separate bars, 3 rooms. 1st floor function room is equipped with HD projector. Awesome beer garden with weather-friendly huts!
