Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Midlands (Hybrid working)
Salary: up to £37,000 + Benefits package
Type: Full time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and induction of new starters to make sure it is a positive experience.
- Overseeing of the recruitment and associated admin processes
- Assisting Hiring Managers with attracting and onboarding new staff.
- Identify internal and external training opportunities for existing staff.
- Utilise and maintain internal HR Systems.
- Oversee the HR function across the business, ensuring expert advice is provided to the management team and that best practice is embedded across all areas.
- Ensuring all new staff have an employment contract, that it is accurate and adheres to employment law as well as making sure you have copies of identification and evidence of qualifications.
- Development of internal processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and compliant.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure payroll is accurate.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience of working within a similar HR role
- Must have recruitment experience (identifying/attracting/recruiting talent).
- Must hold own CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above.
- Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.
