About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality construction sealants, committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the durability, performance, and aesthetics of buildings and structures. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for the Midlands and South region, selling their products via Specification and growing the market share across your region. You will have a great network with Main Contractors, Architects and Specifiers and will be able to hit the ground running.
Job Description
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Prospecting for new business, using Business Development tools and techniques so you're aware of new up and coming projects
- Utilise market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives within the construction sealants market
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, and distributors within the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts to expand market presence
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the Construction sector, selling via Main Contractors, Specifiers, Architects and Consultants is essential for this role
- Proven experience selling Roofing, Cladding, Facades, Building Envelopes or other Construction materials
- Proven track record of delivering growth across your region and developing new business
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
