Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Executry paralegal to assist in our busy Hyndland Practice.
Experience in a similar role and have obtained the Wills, Trusts & Executries Paralegal qualification. Although not essential, AWI experience would be a benefit for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a varied range of Private Client matters, with the main focus on the full administration of executries. Other responsibilities will include drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and registration with the Office of the Public Guardian, and a wide-ranging level of client correspondence (non-legal advice) such as Will Review Letters. You will be a self-starter, reliable, commercially aware and be able to handle a wide range of Paralegal work with minimum supervision. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. 400m from Hyndland Railway station and on main bus routes so commuting is very easy from Helensburgh, Balloch, Mingavie, Bearsden East Kilbride, Hamilton and Motherwell.Job tags
