Guild Mortgage Services are looking for an experienced or newly qualified self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join the company to assist with their growing business. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate their ability to build trusting relationships with clients. The candidate should also reflect the company’s attitude towards having a strong belief in the quality of advice and maintaining client relationships.

Admin support and some leads will be provided.

Commission splits to be discussed.

Responsibilities:

• Providing Mortgage and Protection advice
• Ensuring that existing client relationships are maintained by tailoring the advice that is given to each individual client
• Proactive contacting of clients in advance of their mortgage expiry dates and following up referrals and leads, bringing in new clients where possible

Requirements:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent
• Previous experience within Financial Services
