This is an exciting opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team at Arnold Hill Spencer Academy. We are seeking an exceptional and highly talented individual, who will, as part of the leadership team, provide highly effective leadership.
The Assistant Vice Principal will support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in the strategic and operational leadership and management of the Academy, promoting its ethos and culture of high expectations and acting as a visible ambassador for the Academy and Spencer Academies Trust. Along with other members of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Vice Principal will undertake a range of organisational and supervisory duties and discharge routine leadership functions such as taking assemblies, monitoring and dealing with student behaviour and attitudes, and line managing other staff.
You will be joining a forward looking and dynamic team which is warm and friendly, but which has high expectations of everyone.
