The role This is a pivotal role within a vibrant, dynamic and talented Marketing and Communications department. It offers the right candidate the opportunity to shine whilst working on an iconic brand, with the opportunity to take responsibility for the development and execution of communications strategies which bring the refreshed strategic vision to life, whilst clearly communicating changes to core audiences to generate ‘buy-in’, excitement and most importantly, positive employee engagement.
Key information - Full time and permanent contract.
- Salary range: £55,000 -£65,000.
- Hybrid: Home-working, blended with an average of 2 days per week in beautiful offices in central London (Green Park tube, just a few minutes away).

Main responsibilities
- Devise and execute engaging communication strategies which help embed our client's strategy, increasing positive sentiment.
- Streamline and manage multiple communication channels to best meet varying communication objectives by audience (employee engagement & stakeholder management).
- Ensure seamless delivery through robust communication calendars / plans, selecting and curating the ideal content to deliver strong performance for the target audience to make everyone feel part of our client's journey. Executing communication and engagement projects to strengthen the implementation of the organisation’s strategy and enhance internal comms. This entails crafting comms and engagement strategies, delivery schedules, and tailored messaging for stakeholders to make everyone feel part of the journey.
- Work collaboratively with our client's talented PR & Communications team to tailor messaging, align on tone of key communications and ensure consistency in execution.
- Advise and influence senior leadership team, providing counsel on suitable communication approaches by stakeholder / audience group.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Background in providing internal communication and engagement solutions within a complex organisation, especially of similar scale and intricacy.
- An ability to take a strategic approach and strong execution through structured plans to meet deadlines.
- Experience in developing internal brand identity which has increased engagement across stakeholder groups and employees.
- Experience in content curation and copywriting in a way that aligns with brand positioning / identity.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Skill in advising senior executives on efficient internal communication strategies.(Ideally in a matrix organisation).
