Job description
Our client is looking for a Project Manager for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
The Project Manager is responsible for promoting a positive culture for the company in relation to all Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibilities, all policies, data protection, procedures, systems and the administration thereof.
The Project Manager is responsible for assisting with maintaining the Business Management System, ensuring all processes are followed and up to date and in-line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SSIP.

ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting with maintaining the Business Management System, ensuring all processes are followed and up to date and in-line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SSIP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all project activities that facilitate the smooth running of the operation
- Will lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Will facilitate the definition of the project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project guidelines
- Provide direction and support to the team
- Monitor and report progress of the project to all stakeholders
- The Project Manger ensures all the professional competence of all personnel employed by the company.
- To ensure that all activities are conducted legally and safely whilst continually promoting and expanding the business units
- Provide technical assistance and back up for all ongoing works.
- Ensuring that all operations and activities are carried out to the satisfaction of the General Manager, Managing Director and our Clients.
- Safety focused with demonstrable adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Customer focused approach and sound commercial awareness.
- Any other duties as and when may be required.
- Support the overall delivery of the Groups Business Objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Time served in relevant Industry environment
- Proven supervisory skills for multi-discipline teams
- Strong knowledge of project planning organisation skills
- IT skills such as, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The individual must be proactive, work on their own initiative, be a good team player, and have good leadership and communication skills while managing construction and commissioning activities and specialist vendors.
