Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Project Managers in the Yorkshire area who are looking for a new opportunity.
Our client is a small-medium sized contractor who specialise in fast track fit out and refurbishment projects.
Project Manager Role (Construction)
Hospitality and Leisure fast track fit out and refurbishments
Project lengths vary from 2 weeks up to 12 weeks
Project values are £50,000-£800,000
Mixture of office based and visiting sites. Two days in the office and remainder meeting with clients and working from home.
Full time permanent role
Start date in End of March/Early April
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus car allowance, healthcare, annual leave etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client-facing
Subcontractor management
Obtaining quotes
Organising deliveries of materials and site agents/tradespeople
Creating, editing and distributing the project program
Producing progress reports and chairing meetings
Preparing final accounts
Upholding profitability targets
Overall commercial awareness
Risk assessments and RAMS
Define project costs in line with estimator
Managing 3-4 projects at a time
Candidate requirements
- Must live in the Yorkshire region. Locations such as Huddersfield, Sheffield, York, Doncaster and Leeds are ideal. Those who live outside of these areas will not be considered.
- Must have fast track fit out experience.
- Qualifications required: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
- Desirable qualifications: NVQ Level 7 or 6 Construction Management, HNC Building Studies, BSc (Hons) Project Management, City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery
