5 Star Hotel, Award Winning Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, Westminster, a unique opportunity for an experienced Night Manager to join a 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Westminster, Central London, salary £30,000 to £35,000 p/a plus service charge, excellent benefits.
The Night Manager will lead a dedicated night service team to ensure that an exceptional guest experience is being delivered throughout the Hotel at all times. The Night Manager will be the first point of contact for all guests including VIPs, providing assistance with their inquiries and actively promoting all of the Hotel’s facilities including its unique rooftop bar and award winning restaurant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Night Manager that is seeking a fresh challenge in one of London’s finest Hotels that are offering excellent training and career development opportunities.
Experience
Previous work experience as a Night Manager at a minimum 4-Star or ideally 5-Star Luxury Hotel.
Experienced using OnQ would be an advantage. (not essential)
Strong communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
