We have an exciting opportunity available in Wednesbury as a Saw Operative. Our client has been specialising in the distribution and processing of industrial, sign & display and Engineering plastics.
What’s on offer?
Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts)
Monday to Friday 5:30am – 2:30pm and Monday to Thursday 2pm – 11pm and Friday 12pm – 9pm
£12 an hour
Overtime paid at T1.22 weekdays and T1.5 weekends
What we need from you:
Must have previous Guillotine or Panel saw experience
Experience converting sheets to panels
Experience cutting plastic
Able to follow detailed instructions
Able to read drawings
Excellent with measurements
Experience operating FLT Counterbalance would be advantageous
What the job entails:
Working from drawings
Operating machinery used in manufacturing process
Cutting material down to specific sizes
Operating Guillotines and Panel saws
Following detailed instructions
Feeding machines with the products
Pay rate:
£12 an hour
