Job description

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Barnstaple, Devon to recruit a Locum Dentist to join their team on a temporary basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Ongoing till a permanent Dentist is recruited.
• Practice will consider Dentists on a Locum to Permanent basis.
• Full or part-time opportunity – Flexible days and hours to suit.
• Practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm.
• Practice can offer circa £450 per day – day rate is to be discussed at the interview and is dependent on experience and performance levels.
• Excellent opportunity to offer Private alongside NHS as there is a high demand for Private.
• Private revenue is paid at a 50% split.
• 50% split on lab bills for NHS and Private – Over performance bonus of £15 is paid for extra UDAs above an agreed target.
• 8 surgery practice – all surgeries have plenty of natural light.
• Computerised with Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics
• Support from a Hygienist/Therapist is available.
• Practice is a 15-minute walk from the train station.

All dentists must be GDC registered and hold an active Performer Number. An Enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.
