Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a General Manager to join their busy used car business in Tyne and Wear.
You will need to be able to show previous experience in increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency in a busy and dynamic used car environment leading a large team. The successful applicant will be a strong leader; with good people management skills. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximize customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing your people.
Process discipline and structure are key to success in this business. You will be able to demonstrate your ability and experience in this area.
They are offering a highly competitive salary plus bonus to an uncapped and achievable OTE in excess of £75k and a host of other benefits including use of a company vehicle.
