Salary: £27,000 Inclusive of Car Allowance

Aqua Consultants are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Asset Management department, reporting directly to the Lead Asset Management Consultant. The ideal candidate will take on the responsibility of independently managing project workloads, actively engaging in personal upskilling to explore new areas of expertise and contributing to the delivery of asset management enhancements with outcomes for both their clients and the broader Aqua consultants’ team. What is the role?
The Asset Management Graduate Consultants at Aqua Consultants play a pivotal role in supporting and learning from the organisation’s team of asset management professionals who deliver advisory services to infrastructure clients in the UK and globally. Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders, their team is dedicated to designing and delivering optimal services over time. The responsibilities encompass root cause analysis, quantifying impacts on customers, society, and the environment, and strategically planning what services should look like for the next 25 years. They assist companies in enhancing their asset management practices, aligning with ISO 55000 standards, and tailoring approaches to their unique needs (referred to as the target operating model). Specialising in regulatory business plans, understanding customer and regulator expectations, and developing service delivery plans, they effectively reduce costs, improve services, and enhance customer satisfaction while minimising environmental impacts. You will work within a growing team, reporting to one of the lead Asset Management Consultant.
The graduate programme is designed to give you an insight into the huge variety and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. Through a combination of on-the-job learning and practical skills development within your chosen role, you’ll work on real projects from day one that offer scale and variety collaborating with others and creating meaningful impact on the world around us.
