We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to work in a fast-paced environment, tasked with achieving challenging targets through a proactive and dedicated approach to uncovering sales opportunities. This role will be based in our UK office in Basildon.

The Inside Sales Representative will drive opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, manage a group of existing accounts and ultimately drive sales results for the business. A future progression into field sales for high-performance candidates is possible.

Part of this role will be to manage and update our CRM system (Salesforce.com) to drive productivity, focus and deliver sales growth across the UK & ROI customer base.

The inside sales representative must be highly self-motivated to achieve goals and targets by utilising telephony, email, and other remote media.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and personable sales professional with a track record of achieving challenging sales targets. In addition, you should possess excellent communication skills and have worked with sales management tools such as Salesforce.com.

You will manage several customers with varying needs and requirements, so you must be able to show an ability to achieve sales results through persistent opportunity tracking and relevant research.

Candidates will need to demonstrate selling skills, an analytical mindset, and commercial understanding.
