Job description

I am excited to be recruiting for this Wirral based client. The role is working for a well-established and thriving organisation who are looking to add to the sales team. This is a mixed role dealing with Existing, lapsed, warm and cold prospect clients.

Duties:

– Conduct telephone conversations with potential clients to promote products or services

– Engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about products or services

– Send emails and promotions to prospect clients.

– Contact lapsed businesses and grow revenue with existing clients

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

– Input and update customer information in the company’s software system

– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.

– Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate information and build rapport with customers

– Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry and customer management

– Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade potential clients effectively

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
