Project Architect Job in Oxford Circus, London

A Project Architect job is now available leading the design of education, residential and mixed-use projects.

Established in 2012, our client is design oriented and commercially aware. Joining their team of 11, you would have great exposure and opportunity to grow within the practice.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design stages on a mixture of project types
• Liaise with clients, consultants and planners
• Guide junior members of the team where appropriate
• Use Revit daily to BIM level 2.

Required Skills & Experience

• Revit skills and BIM knowledge are essential
• Enscape skills are advantageous
• Demonstratable experience on medium-large scale London based projects
• Experience in the following sectors: education, residential, masterplanning and mixed-use
• Must be Part III qualified with ARB registration
• Knowledge across all RIBA stages, especially up to planning
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy
• Excellent communication skills and confidence with client management
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (flexible depending on experience)
