An exciting prospect awaits a Deputy Manager in search of new horizons, or a Senior Support Worker prepared to advance their career to new heights.
Our client is seeking a compassionate Deputy that will assist the Manager in the management of the home, including the staff, the budget, the resources and fabric of the building and the welfare of the children and young people, with the objective of achieving the highest standard of service delivery as measured by Ofsted against the National Minimum Standards. The post holder will also deputise for the manager in his/her absence.
