Visiting Officer to work in West London Paying £18.52 per hr ref 004937

Full time hours on a temporary basis

To support the housing management team to deliver a customer focused, proactive and high quality neighbourhood management service to residents in general needs and sheltered housing
To provide a responsive reception service for residents, assisting with housing management enquiries and sign -posting to other services and agencies.
To be responsible for a schedule of routine office building checks and tests, including, fire alarm and panic alarm, and to record these in logs provided.
To raise and process payments needed to deliver the service
