Position: Behaviour Mentor TA
Location: South Ockendon
Salary Scale: £75-£100
Contract Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - As a Behaviour Mentor TA you will provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behaviourchallenges.
- Implement behavioursupport strategies and intervention plans.
- As a Behaviour Mentor TA you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to address behaviourissues.
- As a Behaviour Mentor TA you will monitor and record behaviourincidents, providing feedback to teachers and leadership.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements: - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant with a focus on behavioursupport is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for promoting positive behaviourand well-being in students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement effective behavioursupport strategies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.
