About the Role
Chalgrove Care & Nursing Home has 57 beds, CQC rating of “ Good ” and is set in Branksome Park – a lovely quiet and leafy part of Poole, with the Blue Flag Beach at Branksome Chine, just a stone’s throw away.
We believe in excellent personalised care, and as a Care Assistant you’ll be providing our residents with support and companionship – really getting to know them as individuals.
Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You’ll also take part in a variety of creative activities – a favourite for our residents!
About You
Having a caring and compassionate nature is the most important skill you can bring within social care, everything else we can teach you. Whether you’re looking to use your excellent people skills to embark on a new career in healthcare, have been inspired by looking after a family member or a current professional looking for a change, we’d love to hear from you!
