A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled all round Marketing Manager to work for an international group in the tech sector.
The successful candidate will have managed a team, be skilled in all aspects of digital marketing, as well as experience of using offline channels for lead generation, and will have knowledge of creative processes for collateral, presentations and events.
Role and responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Management – Ownership of Hubspot marketing function and training of users.
- Developing automations – email workflows & website triggers to deliver specific content.
- Social Media Marketing – Creating LinkedIn campaigns to drive new customer acquisition.
- Build brand and audience engagement through digital acquisition campaigns.
- Identify social media strategies to support customer acquisition targets, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Assisting with digital marketing strategies and plans where required.
- Planning, scheduling, and review of digital marketing work.
- Measurement and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against target outcome goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Content management of multiple websites using CMS platform (WordPress) and maintaining uniformity of sites to maintain consistency of the brand.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website to increase customer engagement and increase lead generation.
- Analysis/identification of target keywords/phrases with high traffic/high relevancy and drive SEO performance to improve the companies organic position to the first page of web searches.
- Customer acquisition strategy – working with sales in research and targeting customers and assisting to devise strategy.
- Executing emails campaigns – sales engagement and follow up strategy.
- Management of Trade Shows
- Work with sales leadership to identify relevant trade shows.
- Budgeting and planning of trade shows
- Management of marketing staff to include setting of tasks and objectives.
- Management and review of marketing staff’s creative designs, content, and workflow.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role, experienced in marketing technology-based products in industrial/specialised B2B sectors.
- 10 + years of Marketing Experience.
- 2-4 years of marketing function management, including digital marketing and direct reports staff management.
- Degree in Digital Marketing or proven experience in a similar Marketing/Communications type role
- Exposure to marketing practices, processes, and markets in North America.
- Computing or technology related industry knowledge.
- Product launch & through-life marketing.
- Experienced in Hubspot automation (critical) and using workflows and landing pages.
- Current best practice in SEO.
- WordPress CMS skills to improve user experience, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Written and oral communication skills, copywriting, and skills to convert messaging into digital marketing copy.
- CMS skills to improve UX, customer engagement and drive lead generation.
- Copy writing skills to create effective and valued marketing messaging.
