Working on a Residential Conversion Project
Based in Gosport
Position good to knows
- Required for a long-term residential conversation construction project
- Project requires a strong Site Manager with good eye for Finishing/Snagging
- Project is about to handover 50 apartments over the next 5/6 months
- Looking for a Site Manager who can stamp their authority
- Experience of dealing with Utility and M&E Sub-contractors
- Experience of residential conversions would be an advantage
- Ability to manager all trades and stick to project plan and delivery
Headline of the Site Manager role
- Opportunity to be number one on site working closing with the Project Manager
- Oversee the handover of 50 mix-bed apartments
- Typical property sale values start from £250,000 upwards
- Must be able to drive the project plan and meet handover targets
- Must be strong on health and safety
- Opportunity to handover units with heritage quality
- Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of residential and conversion projects
Your key duties as Site Manager
- Ensuring quality working towards quality standards
- Co-ordinate labour and trades
- Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels
- Work with and assist a supportive site team
Key experiences you should have as Site Manager
- Solid work history of delivering the construction homes for ideally previous developers
- Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team
- Developing knowledge of the housebuilding construction process
- Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects
- Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on new homeowners’ expectations
Key must have’s you should have as the successful Site Manager
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid At Work Certificate
