Leading a lively, well-managed and successful team of tutors ensuring school policies and procedures, designed to provide effective care, welfare and guidance for all students is achieved. Encourage a love of learning and how to be a successful learner whilst creating a safe environment and promoting good discipline.
Deliver interesting and stimulating lessons, we are seeking someone with commitment and enthusiasm. There is a supportive climate of cooperation, resulting in detailed schemes of work and excellent resources.
The pastoral system is led by an experienced Senior Pastoral Manager and 3 Assistant Headteachers (Head of Lower School, Head of Upper School and Head of Sixth Form) and is fully staffed with a mixture of full and part time tutors and Assistant Heads of Year. Teaching and Learning Responsibility points are offered to staff in school to apply for annually.
Main Pay Range – Upper Pay Range (plus Fringe)
£31,350 p.a. – £47,839 p.a.
Plus TLR C (7 Units) - £7,507.50 p.a.
