C&C Search is currently recruiting a Tax Team Assistant to join a growing consultancy of 20 people based in the City, they have a wonderful office environment with on-site training/progression on offer.

This team supports businesses and individuals with complex tax issues, it is not your average TA role. This is supporting colleagues and clients with legal investigations and more. We are looking for someone with an interest in tax and tax investigations!

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Hybrid: 3 days in Bank, 2 days WFH

Hours: 9:00-5:00

You will be working across a variety of investigations/daily duties working in a small and brilliant team. The sky is the limit here, there is so much to learn. I have personally placed over 10 people here and all have stayed long-term and love the firm.

Duties:

• Assistant the tax manager with day-to-day admin and duties
• Speaking to and updating clients and team members
• Supporting with tax investigations
• Auditing, reporting and cross-referencing data/documents

About you:

• You are open to learning and continuing to progress and learn throughout your career !
• A Law or finance degree would be beneficial but not completely necessary
• Someone who is team-oriented, hardworking and looking to add value to clients - this company cares about its clients a lot, this is not a transactional, profit first business, it is a people first business.

• You are a strong communicator
