Job description

Public Practice specialist Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts Semi Senior/ Senior opportunity on behalf of a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Bromsgrove.

Ideal for an AAT Qualified and/ or ACA/ACCA Student/ Qualified individual working in practice looking for continued professional development, full study support (optional), and a healthy work/ life balance.

The successful individual will undertake a varied role providing accounts and tax services to a diverse client base from a broad range of industry sectors. Part-time also considered.

The Role:

Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Corporation tax computations
Preparation of management accounts
Preparation/ review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Liaising with HMRC
Training clients on accountancy software
Dealing with client queries

You:

AAT Qualified/ ACA/ ACCA Student/ Part Qualified/ Qualified
Minimum 2 years Practice experience is essential
